About me & my interest for kids4alll

I am a principal Researcher at Northern Regional Unit of INDIRE (National Institute for Documentation, Innovation and Educational Research), and President of the degree course in psychology in the online university IUL. I hold a PhD in education. I have different research experiences in national and international contests.

In Indire I’m directly involved in several projects related to teacher training (induction and Continuous Professional Development) and school technology innovation. Kindergarten and primary school are my favourite research context. I love to travel and know other realities and cultures. In the past, I worked in Brazil and Kenya.

My research fields

My main research areas are methodology, media education and teacher training.

About me & my interest for kids4alll

I am a full time Researcher at INDIRE (National Institute for Documentation, Innovation and Educational Research), Italy and professor of English at Università Telematica degli Studi IUL. I hold a PhD in Synchronic, Diachronic and Applied Linguistics. I have a far-reaching experience in continuous professional development for teachers, teacher trainers, head teachers.
I am a member of different working groups and scientific committees on CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) and on language teaching and learning both at national and international level (European Commission, OECD, Council of Europe, ECML).
I have presented papers at national and international conferences and published articles and chapters in peer-reviewed journals and four volumes on CLIL. I am a reviewer and a member of the Editorial Board of different peer-reviewed journals. I am a member of the ECML "Pluriliteracies" consultancy team.

My research fields

My main research areas are language learning/teaching, CLIL, Technology-Enhanced Language Learning, school innovation, teacher training.
